Data Experience: Candidate will have experience developing and maintaining databases, sorting, and preparing data, and exporting to commercially available or customer developed tools for further analysis and visualization.Data Management and Optimization: Able to work within an existing data management architecture, develop and support cost estimating models and offer novel approaches and methods for optimizing data management and analysis.Modeling and Simulation: May also support modeling and simulation techniques to estimate reliability and performance of current and future satellite constellations and other systems.Work Environment:

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a polygraphEducation: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, science, operations research, or related disciplineExperience: Minimum 2+ years of experience with national security systemsMicrosoft Office: Ability to use Microsoft Office tools – specifically Excel and AccessData Set Experience: Ability to manipulate databases and models, use data in structured and unstructured formats, and manage and maintain large data setsDecision Support Tools: Able to use decision support tools - R, Python, Tableau, and other statistical and mathematical softwareAdvanced Statistics: Ability to use statistical and /or operations research methods and tools and advanced statistics / probabilities to identify and interpret data trends in complex data setsClient Facing: excellent communication skills, able to present results to customers at all levelsCapability: Able to present complex issues in written, graphical, or oral forms. Able to work independently, within a team and able to lead detail-oriented tasksDesired Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5+ years' experience with national security systemsEducation: Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, science, operations research, or related disciplineDevelopment: Demonstrated experience with developing custom decision support tools and applicationsDatabases: Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Access databases and tools developmentReady to Make a Difference?
