Job Summary:
The Junior Content Producer is a vital member of the content team, responsible for supporting the creation and execution of engaging and high-quality content across various platforms. This role will assist in all stages of the content production process, support ideation , planning to filming. Ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual with a passion for video/film production. They will work closely with the Content Managers and other team members to ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in production for a wide range of content types: articles, interviews, videos, social (influencers). Build relationships with clients to pitch, execute and manage content campaigns Assist in vendor management, such as briefing and reviewing deliverables and streamlining operations Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders, such as business leads, project managers, strategists Monitor content performance and adjust content strategy based on data Support strategists on content workshops Assist with on-set production, including setting up equipment, managing talent Maintain organized records of all content assets, including footage, scripts, and graphics Other duties as assigned.Role Requirements:
Strong understanding of content creation principles and best practices. Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. A passion for creating engaging and impactful content. Basic understanding of copyright laws and ethical content creation practices.
