Key Responsibilities: + Assist senior attorneys in case preparation, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses. + Conduct client interviews and maintain regular contact with clients regarding case updates. + Handle a variety of personal injury matters under supervision, with opportunities to develop litigation and courtroom skills. + Collaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient and timely case management. Requirements Qualifications: + Admission to the California State Bar (recently barred attorneys highly encouraged to apply). + Strong research, writing, and communication skills. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. + Passion for personal injury law and a commitment to advocating for clients.
