Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Conduct internal audits and support external audits. Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero). Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
