Prerequisites:  Wisconsin State Indentured Journeyperson Electrician or an associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or an equivalent degree (5th period Journeyperson Apprentice status).  If an apprentice is selected, this individual must enter and complete the State of Wisconsin Indentured Apprenticeship Program as an Industrial Electrician. The candidate awarded the current posting must finish their current apprenticeship prior to future posting considerations. A Wisconsin State Indentured Journeyperson Electrician is preferred.

 

Ability to manage several priorities at once.   Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.  Ability to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.  Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. There is a possibility of shift work. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Follow all established facility safety rules and policies. Uphold all company policies and procedures. Own or obtain tools necessary for the job. Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including holidays and weekends, and accept call-ins and overtime outside of the normal workday. Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors. Further development of skills by accepting and successfully completing trainings. The successful candidate may be required to work shift work in the future.

 

Journeyperson rate: $44.23/hour

Apprentice rate: Based on apprentice level
