Journeyman Visual Solutions Administrator
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Journeyman Visual Solutions Administrator** to join our team in **Doral, FL.** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of visual technologies within the IT Service Management (ITSM) Framework. + Possesses a strong understanding of visual systems, including display technologies, video conferencing, digital signage, and interactive tools. They also ensure the smooth operation of these technologies, provide user support, and contribute to the effective communication and visualization of ITSM processes and data. + Manages and maintains visual systems, including displays, projectors, video conferencing endpoints, digital signage players, and interactive whiteboards. They also configure and troubleshoot visual equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. + Provides technical support to end users on visual technologies, resolving issues and answering questions. They also assist with the setup and configuration of visual equipment for meetings, presentations, and training sessions. + Creates and manages content for digital signage displays, ensuring that information is up to date and relevant. They also develop and maintain templates and standards for visual communications. + Collaborates with ITSM Teams to create visual representations of processes and data. They integrate visual technologies with ITSM tools and processes, such as incident management, knowledge management, and service catalogs. They also contribute to the development of visual dashboards and reports to communicate ITSM metrics and performance indicators. **Basic Qualifications:** + BA/BS in field necessary to assume Visual Solutions Administrator duties or 4 additional years of experinece in lieu of a degree. + 4+ years of experience with 2+ years of relevant Visual Solutions Administrator experience. + Strong understanding of display technologies, video conferencing systems, digital signage platforms, and interactive tools. + Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting visual equipment. Familiarity with network connectivity and audiovisual setup. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operational support of satellite communication (SATCOM) systems in various field environments. + Possesses technical proficiency in SATCOM technologies, coupled with developing administrative and logistical skills. + Supports field support operations, assisting in ensuring that SATCOM systems are deployed and maintained to meet operational requirements. This includes troubleshooting common technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with equipment inventory management. + Coordinates with Technical Teams, end users, and management, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records, contributing to procedural documentation, and assisting with training initiatives. + Experience working with ITSM processes and tools. Experience with military/diplomatic operations working within a J-6/G-6/S-6 Directorate or with Special Operations Forces (SOF) or the Department of State (DoS), facilitating user access to and use of video display and conferencing across multiple commands and agencies. + Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
