What You’ll Do:

Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accuratelyDiagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairsConduct road tests to verify quality of workFollow all safety and quality standardsDocument work performed and time spent in our repair systemsMaintain a clean and organized work area dailyKeep up with Audi and ASE training and certificationsCollaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow techniciansMaintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform as outlined

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experienceAudi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech strongly preferred)Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as:Maintenance ServicesEngine RepairSuspension & SteeringBrakesElectrical SystemsHeating & A/C(Optional) Drivability DiagnosisStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPersonal toolset appropriate for the role

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Flat Rate hour from $22 to $35.
