Job DescriptionCeda is currently seeking two Journeyman Structural Fitters for our Bonnyville Structural Shop. This is a local hire position, with no living, travel, or meal allowances provided.
For candidates residing outside the Bonnyville area, a room in company-provided housing may be available upon successful hire

Interpret and work from structural blueprints, drawings, and schematicsFabricate, install, and maintain industrial and structural systemsLay out, measure, cut, structural assemblies to required specificationsInstall pipe supports, structural braces, hangers, and related componentsEnsure proper alignment and securement of structural componentsOperate hand and power toolsWork collaboratively with welders, riggers, and other tradesAdhere to job site safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirementsPerform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standardsRole Specifications
Valid Journeyman Welder certification an asset Valid Journeyman Ironworker Certification3+ years proven structural fitting experience in an industrial, structural, or commercial settingStrong knowledge of structural supports, layout, and rigging techniquesProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and piping schematicsExperience working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditionsPhysically fit – able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders/scaffolds, and perform repetitive tasksStrong communication and teamwork skillsCSTS2020 or CSO (Common Safety Orientation) requiredAdditional Information
