GovCIO is currently hiring a Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support our USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This position will be located in Washington, DC and is a hybrid remote position.

Responsibilities

 

Guides ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.Contributes ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with remote teams and clientsDesign and develop queries, reports and dashboardsDesign and configure ServiceNow modules and formsAdminister ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurationsDesign and develop scoped applications as well as a service portalProvide additional support based on subject matter expertise Qualifications

Bachelor's with 3 - 5 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

 

Minimum of 3 years of overall IT experienceMinimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various rolesThorough knowledge of the ServiceNow SystemExperience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XMLExperience in REST, SOAP services, etcAn understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL CertifiedStrong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude

Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
