Position will maintain a clean and organized worksite, shop, and vehicle which includes organization of material, equipment and tooling. Reliability is an essential requirement as the work is typically schedule driven. The following are conditions of employment for the position: + Valid Colorado Driver’s license as operating a state vehicle may be required. + Ability to pass a motor vehicle and criminal history background check. + Ability to meet the physical demands of the position. Which includes some heavy lifting (50 lbs.) on frequent basis and will require manual dexterity, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling. + Ability to work in environmental conditions to include but not limited to exposure to weather, noise, vibration, heights, etc. Position Minimum Qualifications + Must be fully competent, licensed (State of Colorado/ DORA ) journeyman plumber with commercial experience. + Experienced, familiar and capable with performing code compliant installations and repairs. + Ability to follow Safe Work practices and wear required Personal Protective equipment such as safety glass, hard hats, etc. + Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to follow both written and verbal instruction. + Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
