Job Description

Schedule: 8 hour ROTATING shifts (rotates between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts – your days off rotate as well)

The Journeyman Line Repairman will machine, repair and safely clean the various maintenance parts for current and future production  They will ensure the modifications and repairs carried out comply with the measures specified in the plans and diagrams of each of the repaired parts.

The Journeyman Line Repairman  will:

Inspect machines and bottle handling equipmentRebuild, repair, recondition and install all machine parts  

The Journeyman Line Repairman should have:

Experience troubleshooting and performing machine repairsExperience with precision measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers and digital gaugesExperience using hand tools, such as ratchets, wrenches, screwdrivers and drill press

Qualifications

Must be able to work an 8-hour rotating schedule
(rotating between 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts – days off rotate as well)

High School Diploma or GEDJourneyman cardholder (Mechanical)At least 5 years maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environmentMust have basic PC literacy (Word, Outlook, basic data entry)Bench repair and welding experience is a plus
