**Location:**  Maryland/ Delaware - This is a field technician role within these areas: Millsboro, Long Neck, Seaford, Laurel, Bethany Beach Fenwick Island, Rehoboth Beach, Dover, or based on business needs. **Job Summary:**  We are seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Maryland/ Delaware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities:** + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment. + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. + Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety standards. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements. + Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and effectively. + Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. + Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program preferred. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair. + EPA certification for handling refrigerants. + Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical components. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools. + Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings. + Ability to work on ladders and at heights. **Benefits:** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. + Supportive and collaborative work environment.
