This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. **Responsibilities:**
+ Complete punch list items including trim work, cabinetry adjustments, door and hardware installation, shelving, baseboards, and other finish carpentry tasks.
+ Perform minor repairs and touch-ups to achieve final project completion standards.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
+ Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to resolve issues promptly.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
+ Use appropriate tools and materials to ensure high-quality finishes.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 5 years of commercial finish carpentry experience.
+ Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods for commercial projects.
+ Ability to work independently and follow punch list directives.
+ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
+ OSHA-10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
+ Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools.
