As\na Joint Venture and Tolling Manager here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you\nwill play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations\nof our JV and toll manufacturing facilities. You are the key point of contact\nfor ensuring that the production of chemical products is safe, efficient, and\ncompliant with regulatory standards. Your duties involve overseeing production\nprocesses, guiding a team of partners and tollers, and implementing rigorous\nsafety and quality audits to ensure we need our corporate and regulatory\nstandards. Your expertise comes into play as you optimize plant operations,\nreduce downtime, control production costs, and ensure the quality of our\nproducts for our customers. Your guidance is essential in maintaining the\nfacility's integrity, meeting production targets, and upholding high standards\nof safety and environmental responsibility in our dynamic and complex\nindustrial environment.
You will report directly to our VP of manufacturing and technology and you'll\nwork out of a US location (Houston, Morris Plains, etc.) on an onsite work\nschedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and success of our joint venture\nand tolling manufacturing facilities. As the key focal point for JV and tolling\nrelationships, you will coordinate new product launches, ensure HSE and quality\nexpectations are met, and work with production planning to ensure the needs of\nthe business are met, reducing downtime, and controlling costs, you contribute\nto increased profitability and operational excellence. Moreover, your role in\nupholding safety and environmental standards not only mitigates risks but also\nensures our company's reputation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee all aspects of the joint\nventure and tolling plant operations, including production, maintenance,\nquality control, and safety.Develop and implement strategies to\noptimize plant performance, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with all relevant\nregulations, standards, and procedures.Guide and motivate a team of producers\nto achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.Work with cross-functional teams to\ndrive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues.Due to compliance\nwith U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S.\ncitizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience of 6+ years in managing\nchemical plant operations.Strong knowledge of process safety,\nenvironmental regulations, and quality management systems.Excellent guidance and communication\nskills, with a strong aptitude for managing through influence.Ability to analyze data, identify\ntrends, and implement corrective actions.WE VALUE
