Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, you’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve their behavioral and academic goals. ?? What You’ll Do: + Support students in the classroom, playground, and other school environments + Implement behavior management strategies under the guidance of BCBAs and teachers + Assist with academic instruction and therapy plans (SLP, OT, PT) + Track progress and document sessions accurately + Help students build independence in daily living skills + Be a positive, consistent presence in a child’s school day ?? What We’re Looking For: + High school diploma or equivalent (required) + Experience working with children (2+ years preferred) + Strong communication and teamwork skills + CPR certification and health screenings (as required) + Must be at least 18 years old and meet all local/state requirements ??
