WHAT YOU'LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES): Lead Construction Excellence Champion safe, efficient, and high-quality construction methods across all phases—engineering, planning, startup, execution, and closeout. Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams. Develop and refine standardized work plans and best practices for solar EPC delivery.Train & Mentor Field Teams
Work side-by-side with site leadership to ensure consistent execution and professional development. Support pre-construction planning for labor, equipment, and materials. Ensure adherence to design specs, safety protocols, and quality standards.Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Estimating, Business Development, and Site Managers to align on strategy and execution. Provide feedback loops to improve methods and drive continuous improvement. Support site staffing, licensing, and public engagement as needed. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Extensive experience in utility-scale solar or similar construction environments Proven leadership and mentoring skills across diverse field teams Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents Solid grasp of job costing and project planning Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel 75%+ and work on-site weekly Valid driver’s license and clean MVR PERKS AND BENEFITS: Competitive salary range: $150,000–$220,000, based on experience 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off + 10 paid holidays Employee stock purchase plan

Able to: Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways. Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations). Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads). Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel). Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.WORK LOCATION:
