What You’ll Do (When the Time Comes) Supervise and direct all Foremen and technical leads on-site Schedule labor, materials, tools, and equipment to maximize productivity Ensure safety, quality, and cost control across civil construction activities Collaborate with Trade Superintendents and Field Engineers Mentor and coach field teams while maintaining a professional and respectful work environment Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards Maintain crew and equipment matrixes and support project planning and reporting What We Look For Proven experience supervising civil crews on utility-scale solar EPC projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret prints and contract documents Familiarity with federal and state codes and safety regulations Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR Willingness to relocate to project sites as needed Perks & Benefits Competitive salary: $87,000–$110,000 Straight time pay + home rotation schedule 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off + 10 paid holidays Stock purchase plan Company vehicle
