Role OverviewAs a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support exceptional patient care. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, ensuring compliance, precision, and excellent service.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
Prepare reagents and report results per policy
Review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing
Maintain and monitor lab equipment, supplies, and computer systems
Deliver excellent customer service and communication
Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications🧪 Certification & Licensure
Required: Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
Preferred: ASCP Certification
🎓 Education
Required: Associate’s degree
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
📊 Experience
Preferred: 1 year of laboratory experience
