• 确保运输商的提货单符合产品/材料的实际接收数量,一旦有任何差异,通知采购部门,不要卸货或签署提货单
• 负责卸载货物并在指定区域存储所有材料供质量部检查,以得到释放和使用的许可
• 确保材料根据程序贴好标签
• 负责在指定区域存储所有材料,特定的线架使用FIFO 材料问题
• 根据要求,确保将原料及时投放到生产线上
• 确保返还的材料被准确得识别,数量确认优先于返回主要的原料仓库
• 及时地更新依合斯仓库移动ERP软件(必须是真实的时间) 库存准确性
• 根据物流主管的委派,履行周期性盘点职责 健康&安全
• 根据公司要求,完成本部门的健康安全环保相关的培训教育。
• 积极参与本公司的应急救援演练。
• 及时发现并整改本部门存在的安全隐患,对查出的事故隐患及时排除,并向部门主管或是经理和HSE报告。
• 一旦发生事故,采取措施防止事故扩大,及时向上级或有关部门报告,并注意保护现场和做好记录。亲自参与调查本部门发生的任何事故,作出事故原因分析,完善本部门风险评估表,提出和落实安全防范措施。
• 积极参与定期的安委会会议并落实会议中被指派的各项工作任务。
• 监督管理外包人员的安全作业管理,监督外包人员现场作业PPE穿着管理。
• 符合叉车和车辆装货作业的安全制度管理。清楚叉车各项安全规范要求,定期检查叉车安全性能,监督及及时制止违规驾驶叉车和使用带病,即有“安全隐患”的叉车的行为,对于叉车的安全隐患“零容忍”。 仓库管理/5S
• 负责把所有仓库区域保持在一个干净、舒适的环境,向合适的人报告任何危害或区域需求增长
• 在仓库区域推广5S活动 团队协作
