Some limited support for non-Lenovo hardware may be included based on customer requirements. + This role will build custom solutions for Fortune 500 and Large Enterprise companies worldwide; must be able to create solutions using various tools (like Microsoft DISM, Windows ADK, Sysprep creating custom OOBE, and a custom in-house manufacturing tool) + Be able to work with and, if needed, create scripts for customization. Technologies include batch files (*.CMD, *.BAT), PowerShell, AutoIt, VBScript and other scripting technologies + Work directly with clients to initiate the project engagement to obtain custom imaging and custom BIOS/CMOS requirements; create test plans based on the project requirements and provide test plans to client for approval before beginning the project; provide the client with technical solution documentation; provide test results to the client based on the approved test plans; once the solution has passed all the testing and verification processes and the client approves, it’s packaged for manufacturing. **_Functional:_** + Project Management + Process orientated + Setting Timelines + Meeting SLAs + Collaborate with other teams (can’t empathize enough) + Build rapport and synergy with other internal teams who are internal customers + Build strong relationship with customers + Manage multiple projects and customers + Be open and confident working with global teams across different regions and cultures + Lead communication with internal and external customers as an SME **Requirements:** + Having a solid understanding of the process of how operating systems are laid out and loaded and know how to configure operating systems.
