Additional Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Architecture: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch), or a BA in Architecture.Professional Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural practice.Licensure: Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure (preferred but not mandatory).Software Proficiency:Skilled in Building Information Modeling (BIM); experience with ArchiCAD is ideal, though training can be provided.Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related design and productivity tools.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Project Management: Able to manage and shift between multiple projects and tasks efficiently.Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrates innovative thinking in resolving design challenges.Team-Oriented Mindset: Self-driven and proactive, with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude toward team dynamics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
