Job Description

The role involves significant tenant improvement work, primarily on retail and restaurant projects. The job is equally split between designing and leading projects, which includes mentoring and delegating tasks to junior architects or designers.

ResponsibilitiesLead design projects and collaborate with a team of 5-10 people.Oversee project scheduling, deadlines, client communication, and team growth.Ensure the accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly goals/tasks.Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD Ability to put together a full set of construction documents.Experience in surveying selected sites during site visits.Tenant improvement projects through the production phase.Restaurant/retail design.Work Environment

The work environment is highly collaborative, with in-office work scheduled 5 days a week. Mentoring and team collaboration are fundamental aspects of the company culture. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87/hr.
