**Job Responsibilities :**
+ Develop brand growth plan for brands under person's control, including new product strategy development & execution
+ Responsible for financial and SOM KPIs delivery - e.g. projecting brand volume, profit, market share, delivering brand P & L
+ Understand and analyze company, channel, category, consumer and shopper data effectively
+ Analyze and drive insights from sales trends, competitive performance and industry trends to recommend strategic choices and actions to drive the business.
+ Work closely with Local Brand Marketing colleagues, local & Cluster retail marketing and cluster customer development to align timing and content of in-store activation, social media and eCom programs
+ Assist Director of Marketing HPC on budget management to reconcile all spend on a monthly basisAssist in the development and execution of marketing support initiatives to drive core base business products
+ Drive excellent execution of the support plan
+ Support innovation projects and leads the execution with the cross-functional team
+ Proactive acting on the brand performance and eager to identify new opportunities to drive additional growth and cost saving opportunities
+ Supports managing media, consumer and trade promotion, market research, product development, pricing, volume and operations planning, and financial mix of brand/product line.
+ Support media production process and budget
+ Manage business decisions in partnership with brand leaders and present related activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting.
+ Support ANP management for own category
You connect the dots - It is essential to have a pulse on the big picture to identify areas of opportunity for products and programs, develop consumer strategies that incorporate consumer insights, and have an awareness of competitor activities to build 360 marketing strategies.
You are a collaborator - In this role, you’ll establish partnerships with multiple parties including internal cross-functional teams, local & Cluster retail marketing and Customer Development. These relationships grow with mutual trust and integrity to achieve deliverables and execute against the strategy and goals.
You are an innovator - You will look for opportunities to improve and seek creative solutions while managing media, consumer and trade promotion, market research, product development, volume and operations planning, and financial mix of brand/product line.
You are curious- It’s important to understand business trends in consumer marketing about what works and what does not so that we can work together to refine strategies.
**Required Qualifications :**
Bachelor's Degree in Business Science/Mgt/Commerce, Marketing or related fields (Honours Degree advantagous)
2+ years Experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing or Advertising/Research Agency/Innovation
Experience in brand marketing, or management consulting
Critical thinking & problem solving
Brand marketing knowledge

Knowledge of Retail Environment strategy
