Minimum requirements:
LLB degree Com Law / Finance degree will be advantageous Newly admitted to 3 years’ post-article experience in Commercial Law LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous Strong contract drafting skills Knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (including M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.) Fluent in English (both verbal and written) Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous Fully computer literate (including MS Word, Excel, etc.) Consultant: Celia Armstrong - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
