**Description**
SAIC is seeking a **JIRA System Administrator** located at **Camp Smith in Hawaii** to support **USINDOPACOM J6** to build and deploy JIRA applications.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
+ Manage development, test and production environment for Jira Service Management (JSM).
+ Design, build, and deploy dashboards for JIRA.
+ Create custom reports, fields, custom preset filters, and workflows.
+ Test newly created enhancements for functionality and client requirements.
+ Execute other duties to include upgrading and enhancing existing JIRA projects
+ Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned and related to Jira Service Management and related products.
+ Manage user accounts, groups, and roles. Control access permissions and memberships to ensure adherence to security policies.
+ Assist users with issues related to Jira, including access problems, configuration questions, and workflow errors.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
+ Must have experience as a JIRA System Administrator.
+ Ability to manage JIRA Service Management (Service Desk).
+ Experience configuring and managing Confluence and JIRA Add-Ons.
+ Understanding of information Assurance (IA) systems and practices, such as DISA STIGs, RMF, and system hardening.
**REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:**
+ Must be able to obtain a DoD IAT Level II or higher certification such as Security+ CE, CySA+, CISSP, CASP, etc.
+ Must possess or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification.
**REQUIRED CLEARANCE:**
+ Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TSSCI.
+ Must be a current US Citizen.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
