To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: https://vimeo.com/732533072 Summary We are seeking a skilled JIRA/Confluence Administrator to support critical performance improvement efforts under the Surface LVC Performance Improvement (SLPI) and Stave Maintenance Performance Improvement (SMPI) projects. This role supports enterprise configuration management, collaboration systems, and workflow optimization through active tool administration and stakeholder engagement. This position directly influences system performance, documentation efficiency, and user experience within the Surface Combat System Training Environment (SCSTE) team. The administrator will be responsible for implementing best practices, maintaining classified and unclassified systems, and providing operational continuity for multiple Navy performance improvement programs. What you will do + Administer JIRA workflows, dashboards, reports, and user accounts + Build and maintain Confluence knowledge and file management systems + Update and configure SLPI/SMPI Confluence pages and interfaces + Manage JIRA Service Desk workflows and ticket routing to appropriate POCs + Maintain Configuration Management for SCSTE systems + Recommend versioning and tracking schemes aligned with industry and military standards + Capture stakeholder requirements and develop internal ticketing solutions + Develop briefing materials for SCSTE Working Groups and reviews + Administer and maintain the classified SCSTE SharePoint site + Conduct user engagement activities, including meetings and minutes tracking + Manage backlog and create/maintain JIRA ticketing system for user/stakeholder requests + Travel may be up to 25% for sponsor engagements, training committees, and other meetings What you must have 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience. Additional role-specific requirements: + Demonstrated experience administering Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, and/or Service Desk) in a professional or enterprise environment + Familiarity with configuration management, workflow systems, and technical documentation practices + Ability to perform system analysis and translate requirements into operational solutions + Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and conduct training sessions + Willingness to travel up to 25% to sponsor-designated locations + Must possess a current or active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain one before starting. Preferred Requirements + Experience supporting U.S. Navy or DoD performance improvement programs + Current of active DoD secret clearance or higher + Proven ability to create and manage service desk workflows + Familiarity with CDRL deliverables, version control, and interface updates + Experience with classified SharePoint site management + Ability to deliver clear and impactful briefing materials for leadership reviews Physical Requirements Office environment.
