We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and ROVO AI to join our customer’s team in the banking sector.

Your main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Configure and manage JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and automations, while integrating with Confluence for enhanced traceability and documentation. Design and deploy custom ROVO AI agents to automate tasks like issue editing, documentation, data analysis, and more. Optimise connected data sources (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Google Drive) and develop automation rules leveraging AI solutions. Identify repetitive processes, integrate AI agents into workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across teams. Provide tailored AI solutions, such as "Decision Director" or "Customer 360," to support decision-making, product, and development teams. Improve collaboration, communication, and meeting preparation with AI-powered agents while ensuring detailed documentation and seamless knowledge sharing.

What do we expect from you?

3+ years of proven experience in JIRA and Confluence administration. Deep understanding of project configuration, workflows, permissions, and automations within JIRA. Hands-on expertise in managing Confluence spaces, templates, and macros. Demonstrated ability to integrate JIRA and Confluence for comprehensive traceability and documentation. Significant experience with ROVO AI agents, including creating, configuring, and deploying custom agents. Familiarity with automating tasks and improving operational workflows using AI agents. Knowledge of connecting and managing data sources across tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Google Drive. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimisation and automation. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to support diverse teams and functions. Fluent in English
