Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Jira Administrator to join one of our large consulting clients on a 6-month contract. This individual will be responsible for setting up ServiceNow and Jira from scratch, migrating full source data to the new platform, and working on the IT Service and Delivery Management - ServiceNow and Jira implementation and migration. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up the back end of Jira proficiently, including networking, security, data migrations, and third-party plugins. They will be responsible for administration and basic configurations, permission models, domain verification, and designing workflows and preparing the Jira environment. Additional responsibilities include administration, test case creation, and setting up Azure Active Directory.
