ResponsibilitiesThis role shall manage overall operations process design, analyze process system and shall implement effective improvements / changes to meet operations objectives and goals. \n \n\"Have clear understanding of objectives & KPIs applicable to the position and to the team that fit to the needs, goals and overall operations startegy of the site. \n\"\nReviews existing operations processes and workflows with Operations Managers and Site Managers to sustain / improve effectiveness and efficiencies of the operations\nOptimizes process designs, tests and implements changes to reduce costs and improves productivity rates\nPerforms risk assessment and management\nDesigns and tests process upgrades and new process systems\nEnsures compliance with safety and quality standard operating procedures and policies.\nPerforms process simulations and troubleshooting issues\nPerforms optimization tests\nDevelops routines and applies best practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies of the operations\nDevelops standardized operating instructions of the upgrade processes\nDocuments, tracks and monitors data and reports of process improvements\nSpearheads task force of process improvement and participates in Value Stream Mapping\nProposes strategic annual plans through quantifying assumptions and expectations\nDevelops TDM according to Roles and Responsibilities\nReviews and validates job routines with immediate superior. \nReviews R&R and objectives of the function with Site Operations to assess compatibility and sustainability\nReviews R&R with Site Managers in accordance to OMS rules and build a strategy that align with Senior Management Team. \nSupports site for required and necessary process standardization and improvements\nEnsures alignment of established operations deliverables with Operations Director and Site Managers that will consistently support the goals of OMS. Monthly performance review must be consistenly conducted. \nEnsures 100% alignment and understanding of job standardization to leverage performance with the goal of improving processes to sustain effectiveness and efficiencies of the operations\nSupports along with OE to furtherly improve / develop standards in the operations\nAttends training in accordance with training matrix / plan.\nImplements tactical meetings and ensure that the meetings are dynamic and solution oriented\nPrepares and cascades operations overall performance and areas of improvements / development\nConducts monthly performance review with direct leadership team\nImplements and manages routines the required Gemba walks for the Operational team in alignment with the OMS standard to complete Standard Confirmation.\nIdentifies areas of development / improvement and engage / encourage team to suggest/support improvements in the processes for overall improvements in the operations\nSuggests improvement ideas on your process and for the overall operations to your superior\nSupports CI initiatives best suited to the site from the First Choice toolbox (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S)
