This position is for 3rd Shift 11pm to 7:30am Pay Range: Hire $21.75, 6 month $22.11, 1 year $22.76 **Job Responsibilities** 1. Complete operation of ovens and smoking equipment 2. Includes monitoring cook cycles and charts, product quality and associated paperwork 3. Document cook information accurately on HACCP forms 4. Must follow good manufacturing practices 5. Required to wear rubber boots and gloves 6. Requires a person who is a self-starter 7. Needs to be able to determine the match between product priority and oven availability 8. Must be willing to work other shifts to fill in for absences/vacations 9. Will be the backup for completing the oven cleaning 10. Will participate in the quarterly cleaning of the over heads 11. Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor 12.
