**NOMBRE DEL PUESTO** _/_ _POSITION NAME_ **_:_** Jefe de operaciones de Refacciones / _Spare Parts Warehouse Cheaf_ **NIVEL (Confianza o Sindicalizado) /** _LEVEL (union or nonunion)_ **:** Confianza / _nonunion_ **DIRECCIÓN /** _AREA_ **:** Cadena de Suministro / _Supply Chain_ **DEPARTAMENTO** **/** _DEPARTMENT_ **:** Almacén/ _Warehouse_ **PUESTO JEFE INMEDIATO** _/_ _IMMEDIATE BOSS’S POSITION_ **:** Gerente de Distribución / _Warehouse Manager_ **PUESTOS QUE LE REPORTAN** _/_ _SUBORDINATE POSITIONS_ **:** Ninguno / _None_ 1.- Realizar las actividades para el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento de refacciones / _Perform the activities to accomplish of the Good Warehousing Practices of spare parts_ 2.- Realizar la supervisión de la operación de entradas y salidas de refacciones, en el Almacén, registrando en sistema SAP dichos movimientos, manteniendo siempre la integridad del sistema en cuanto al inventario tanto físico como lógico. / _Supervise the operation of inputs and outputs of spare parts, in the Warehouse, recording these movements in the SAP system, always maintaining the integrity of the system in terms of both physical and logical inventory._ 3.- Realizar el abastecimiento de almacenes, con base al programa de entregas a los técnicos de servicio (cuando se requiera). / _Carry out the supply of warehouses, based on the delivery schedule to service technicians (when required)._ 4.- Realizar sus actividades de manera correcta y oportuna para mantener actualizado el nivel servicio para refacciones de Servicio Técnico, así como detectar y reportar al jefe inmediato cualquier desviación observada en el proceso de entrada y salida de mercancías al almacén de refacciones. / _Carry out their activities correctly and in a timely manner to keep the service level for Technical Service spare parts updated, as well as detect and report to the immediate supervisor any deviation observed in the process of incoming and outgoing goods to the spare parts warehouse._ 5.- Desarrollo y control de indicadores para medir la operación de servicio. / _Development and control of indicators to measure service operation_ 7.- Realizar las actividades de limpieza y acomodo de refacciones, equipos o producto terminado, que garanticen la conservación del buen estado físico de los mismos. / _Carry out cleaning and arrangement activities of spare parts, equipment or finished products, which guarantee the conservation of their good physical condition._ 8.- Realizar la correcta descarga de refacciones con base a los reportes de servicio generados por Servicios Técnicos. / _Perform the correct unloading of spare parts based on the service reports generated by Technical Services._ .
