Plan and organize the Liquid and Solid packaging areas and personnel to ensure compliance with established and future H&S&E, quality, service, cost, and people standards, as well as coordinate daily deviations with other departments to ensure SQSCP. + Ensure the proper functioning of production processes by analyzing efficiency losses and recurring issues in the packaging area. Participate in scheduled meetings, working with maintenance to analyze these losses in order to maximize the efficiency of facilities and equipment. Ensure that new standards are created when new elements are introduced on the lines. **Your responsibilities** + Manage the packaging area (planning and resources) to ensure compliance with delivery and cost targets. + Coordinate with maintenance the interventions to be carried out in the packaging areas (solids and liquids), ensuring that the planned production schedule is not interrupted. + Monitor OEE losses caused by incidents in the Processes area, developing the corresponding action plan. + Collaborate in and/or lead technical projects carried out in the processes area, ensuring their proper implementation. + Support industrial trials by assessing their technical impact. + Monitor waste in the assigned area with the aim of reducing and/or keeping it under control. **The experience we're looking for** + Solid experience in the Production, Engineering, and/or Maintenance Department (preferably in FCMG, cosmetics, or food companies) and knowledge of continuous improvement tools is recommended. + Degree in Engineering. + Team management and teamwork. + Leadership, organizational and analytical abilities. + Perseverance, commitment, and a high level of responsability. **The skills for success** Place your text here **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
