This role combines strong technical expertise, leadership, and a collaborative mindset to inspire and guide our development teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and develop scalable web applications using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful Web Services, and Flyway. + Lead the development of microservices architectures and cloud-based solutions (Azure or AWS). + Develop and maintain front-end components using Angular 2.0 or higher. + Design and implement robust data models; write and optimize complex SQL queries for SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases. + Apply best practices in object-oriented design and recommended design patterns. + Conduct code reviews, unit testing (Junit, MOQ) and ensure code quality. + Work with DevOps tools (Jenkins, XL Deploy) for continuous integration and deployment. + Collaborate with distributed teams and effectively communicate technical designs and decisions. + Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring timely and successful delivery. + Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. + Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Minimum **8 years** of hands-on **Java application developmen** t experience. + At least **2 years** of experience with **Angular 2.0+** . + At least **2 years** of experience developing **microservices.** + Strong knowledge of **RDBMS** , SQL query tuning, and working with NoSQL databases. + Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD is a plus). + Proficiency with DevOps tools like **Jenkins** , **XL Deploy** . + Working knowledge of any major cloud platform ( **Azure** or **AWS** ). + Proven ability to lead technical projects and teams. + Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns. + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). **Nice to Have:** + Experience with shell scripting or bash scripting. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues effectively. + Exposure to the complete software development lifecycle. + Passion for continuous learning and bringing new technologies and ideas to the team. **What We Offer:** + Collaborative and inclusive work environment. + Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies. + Flexible working arrangements [add your specifics if applicable]. + Competitive compensation and benefits. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
