What we look for?

We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to contribute for a project with one of our global customers in the banking field.

Skills:

-      8-10 years of experience

-      High experience in backend software engineering, particularly with Java and Java Frameworks like Spring Boot.

-      Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres), and service-oriented architectures.

-      Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka and Avro.

-      Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and comprehensive automated testing.

-      Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps principles, including CI/CD and Kubernetes.

-      Proven experience in leading high-performing teams of software engineers.

-      Proven experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

-      Project Stack: Java, Spring Boot RESTful services, Service-oriented architecture SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres) Kafka, Avro Kubernetes (PKS), Docker, Microservices CI/CD Open API, UML Unit and Integration testing

Location: Madrid, hybrid model (3 days offices , 2 HO)

Schedule: Office working hours
