We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our client **Key Responsibilities** + Act as the main liaison for Java engineering leads (managers/app owners) across assigned PODs. + Lead PI planning sessions and ensure strategic alignment with Client stakeholders. + Manage team capacity and drive effective work planning across PODs. + Monitor sprint progress and analyze delivery metrics to ensure timely execution. + Provide clear and concise updates to client engineering leads on progress, risks, and blockers. + Identify and resolve project and resourcing gaps to meet client’s delivery timelines and quality standards. + Ensure adherence to client’s technical best practices and process requirements, including continuous updates to the knowledge repository. + Proactively identify and resolve inter-team dependencies. + Track and promote initiatives that deliver additional value to client + Foster a positive, high-performing culture across all managed PODs. **Qualifications** + Proven experience managing multiple agile teams or PODs in a fast-paced environment. + Strong understanding of PI planning, agile methodologies, and delivery metrics. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and resource gaps. + Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably in the financial or technology sectors. **Why Cognizant?** Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment We invest in people and their wellbeing.
