What you´ll do **Job Summary** We are seeking a Java Software Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java Javascript and mySQL. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java Javascript and mySQL. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues. + Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. + Write and maintain technical documentation for software solutions. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues. + Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. + Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software system. + Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. + Implement best practices for software development including testing version control and continuous integration. + Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow in their roles. + Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience with AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java Javascript and mySQL. + Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. + Must be proficient in English with excellent communication skills for reading writing and speaking. + Should have experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain (nice to have). + Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail. + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Should have a passion for learning and staying current with new technologies. + Must have experience with version control systems like Git. + Should have a good understanding of software security and data protection principles. + Must be able to write clean maintainable and efficient code. + Should have experience with agile development methodologies. + Must be able to mentor and guide junior developers effectively.
