This position also requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, impactful solutions. **Roles And Responsibilities** + End to end responsibility of developing software solutions to deliver value for our clients. + Develop architecture and coding standards, review processes as well as project specific templates. + Provide support during requirement gathering and analysis to the teams. + Conduct project estimations by analysing business requirements. + Develop a repository of technical solutions, technical best practices and design/coding guidelines/standards. + Good knowledge about known architectures and solution frameworks as well as usage of modelling techniques. + Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services **Mandatory Skills** + Strong proficiency in Java, NodeJS, React, Angular and other languages. + Hands-on experience with SQL for database design and management. + Advanced knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes for container orchestration. + Experience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworks. + Certification with a proven ability to align architecture with business strategy. + Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions. + Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders. + Experience with Power BI. + Domain experience working for mining and resources companies. **Qualifications & Certifications (Optional)** + Relevant tertiary education. + Professional level certifications in AWS Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
