The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of the development and implementation of Java-based applications. This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the quality and performance of the software, and collaborating with collaborators to meet project goals. This role is critical for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative software solutions that meet business needs and technical standards. **Location: Saint Louis, MO (Hybrid)** Please note that position is HYBRID (4 days onsite; 1 remote) in Saint Louis, MO. and you should be able to go Onsite or willing to relocate. **Roles and Responsibilities/Qualifications** + Experience: 10+ years exp. of demonstrated ability in full stack development, including a minimum of 2 years in a lead role. + Java Expertise: Proficient in Java programming, with extensive experience using Java 17. + Front-End Technologies: Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React + Back-End Technologies: Experience with back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Hibernate, and RESTful API development. + Database Management: Proficient in database design and management using SQL and NoSQL databases. + DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud services. + Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to optimally convey technical concepts. + Teammate: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the success of the organization. **Salary and Other Compensation** **:** Applications will be accepted until May 11th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
