You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: Comprehensive Feature Development and Issue Resolution: Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined. Continuous Learning and Technology Integration: Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Passionate about software design and writing clean, maintainable code * Strong knowledge of Java Core APIs and server-side Java concepts * Hands-on experience with Java 11, Spring Framework, and Quarkus * Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs with Swagger * Good understanding of Web Services, design principles, and design patterns * Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL) * Familiarity with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures * Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium) * Exposure to AWS and cloud-based application development * Practical experience with build and CI/CD tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins) * Experience deploying applications on Tomcat application servers * Ability to develop and maintain complex enterprise-grade solutions **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Developing eCommerce solutions especially based on enterprise platforms * Good experience designing and implementing REST APIs * Good knowledge of Spring (Core, MVC, Security and Integration) * Experience with Ansible * Experience with domain driven design * Experience designing modular systems IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
