The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube, Oracle Business Process Management (OBPM), PL/SQL, and Java, with a solid understanding of core banking processes and integration frameworks. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Flexcube modules and OBPM workflows. + Design and implement PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers to support business logic and data processing. + Integrate Flexcube with external systems using Java-based APIs and services. + Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Flexcube and OBPM components. + Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery. + Provide production support and resolve issues related to Flexcube and OBPM applications. + Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and system architecture. **Required Skills** + Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube (Retail/Corporate) modules. + Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development (procedures, functions, packages, performance tuning). + Experience with Java/J2EE technologies for integration and customization. + Good understanding of OBPM workflows and process orchestration. + Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and Web Services. + Experience with Oracle Database and Unix/Linux environments. + Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (e.g., Git). **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
