Key Responsibilities: + Design and develop web applications using Java for backend development and React for frontend development. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices. + Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues. + Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. + Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. + Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java and React development. + Strong knowledge of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) and RESTful API development. + Proficiency in React.js and related libraries/tools (e.g., Redux, React Router). + Solid understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. + Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems like Git. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: + Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). + Exposure to testing frameworks like JUnit, Jest, or Selenium.
