In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results.

What you’ll do:

Primary Responsibilities

Design and ship Spring Boot services and REST APIs used by multiple products and services across our platform.Utilize tools that reduce boilerplate and multiply team productivity.Stream real-time data from Kafka into and out of upstream and downstream systemsHarness AI development tools to improve code quality, speed, and test coverage.Lead by example—writing clean, testable code and mentoring others in best practices and scalable design.

What you need to bring:

B.E/B.Tech/MTech in CSE/IT Or MCA. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate and building real-world backend systems.Practical experience with Kafka, event-driven systems, and streaming architectures.Experience with multithreading, utilizing data structures, Client/Server architecture, microservices architecture.Experience designing ecosystems for Web applications & API Platforms. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and coding principles.Experience on RESTful services, Data Caching Services, DB schema design and data access technologies.  Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise software services and components using microservices, with a focus on handling large data volumes including both relational and NoSQL databases.Strong skills in SQL, and cloud-aware application development.Experience with Security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OATH2)Good to have knowledge on UI technologies like React Js, TypescriptGood to have knowledge on Elasticsearch, Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with code versioning tools - such as Git, SVN. A platform mindset—you love building things that help other engineers move faster.Clear communication, ownership mentality, and a strong desire to build something that matters.Should have a strong work ethic and Communication skills. Ability to work in a team or independent contributorAbility to successfully multitask and support multiple, concurrent projects.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Continuous improvement mindset; drives change initiatives and process improvements
