Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced developer to join our team on a project focused on developing and deploying APIs to facilitate the secure and efficient transfer of NICE call recording files to a third-party SaaS vendor (CallMiner). This role involves hands-on Java development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, Security, and external partners to ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and collaboration with production support for final handoff. Responsibilities · Use Gitlab for version control and code review. · Design and Implement RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. · Develop integrations to securely transfer NICE call recording files to a SaaS based storage platform. · Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand file structures, metadata, and retention policies. · Ensure all data transfer processes comply with industry standards for security, privacy, and compliance. · Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms for all file transfer processes. · Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and design decisions. · Write system, unit, and integration test plans. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file processing and API reliability. · Communicate and coordinate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements · 3-5+ years of experience as a developer using JAVA, including RESTful APIs. · Experience with file system integration, batch processing, and handling large file transfers.
