Job Description We are seeking a skilled Java Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application development, conducting requirement analysis, designing products, and programming computer software that requires extensive research. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of development, including implementations, understanding the PayPal code system, working with FTEs, UNIT testing, functional testing, blackbox testing, release process, and documentation. - Develop and maintain back-end applications using Java (80% of the time). - Conduct requirement analysis and design software solutions. - Program computer software that requires extensive research. - Implement and understand the PayPal code system. - Collaborate with FTEs and participate in UNIT testing, functional testing, and blackbox testing. - Manage the release process and documentation throughout the development lifecycle. Skills and Requirements - Hands-on Java Experience: Strong aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Database Schema in SQL: Proficient in designing and managing database schemas. - Team Player: Excellent attitude, communication skills, and ability to work well in a team. - Minimum 2-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Experience with other programming languages and frameworks. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of cloud services and deployment.
