The Opportunity:

As a Client Service Associate, you will be a part of an energetic environment managing daily tasks at one of the world's preeminent private money managers. Expect a dynamic day-to-day, where you will liaise with Sales Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and many other parties. You will be encouraged to ask questions, improve processes, and propose fresh solutions. We invest in employee development, and this role will offer growth and progression opportunities within the firm.

The Day-to-Day:

Communicate with high-net-worth clients by phone and email in an open, team-oriented work environmentPartner directly with our custodians to assist with administrative and operational tasksHelp Investment Counsellors with relationship management by working with existing clients on operational inquiriesSupport salespeople and help produce reports based on the current situation of prospective clientsBe a direct contact or expert in multiple subjects to develop your skills once you assume more responsibility

Your Qualifications:

A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceYou can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email, with a focus on client serviceWork well in a collaborative, team-oriented settingCommitment to maintaining quality of work while within defined timelines
