**Bilingual Project Manager – Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
· **Project Management:** Lead IT Automation projects, managing timelines, resources to ensure successful completion.
· **Bilingual Business Analyst:** Utilize Japanese and English proficiency to understand and convey project requirements between Client’s Business team and the Technical team.
· **Process Consultant:** Coordinate effectively with Quality team and Technical writer team and prepare CSV documents and get it approved from all the stakeholders.
· **Kick-off and Coordination Meetings:** Conduct project kick-off meetings, weekly status updates, and monthly reviews with Business team and IT team to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
· **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks periodically and develop strategies to mitigate them.
· **Stakeholder Communication:** Negotiate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders across multiple departments at client side.
**Requirements:**
· **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years in IT Project Management, preferably in Software development.
· **Language Proficiency:** JLPT Level N2 or N1 certification is mandatory.
· **Technical Understanding:** Strong understanding of the software development process and related skills.
· **Client Understanding:** Ability to comprehend customer requirements and expectations.
· **Cultural Experience:** Familiarity with Japanese work culture is required.
**Nice to have:**
· Agile Project Management experience
· Familiarity with Automation Technologies
