How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
The Training Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Sales / AD Leaders and a variety of stakeholders from different business lines on how to best develop learning solutions and for the implementation of the learning programs in Japan that are aligned with the sales cycle. Specifically, the role will involve:
Managing & designing the training programs for Japan ICS Sales / AD The management and delivery of Japan Tenured Training programs using a range of mediums such as On the Job, e-Learning, Social Networks and In-Person facilitated workshops Consulting, evaluating, recommending, and assisting with the implementation of learning courses in Japan Managing projects for ICS Sales / ADMinimum Qualifications
Frequent Japanese and English 3+ years of Training facilitation background for Sales skill (especially B2B Sales)Preferred Qualifications
