We drive seamless alignment of demand, supply, and financial plans across Diageo’s APAC markets and Global Travel retail channel. Our disciplined collaboration aims to deliver world class performance at best cost and cash, driving value creation through exceptional service and enable new growth opportunities. Within IBP, our team orchestrates end-to-end market plans, including executing monthly S&OP cycles, scenario modeling for volatility, and enabling cross-functional consensus. We are devoted into converting forecasts into optimized inventory, cost, and service strategies for APAC/GT brands. **About this role** As Japan Integrated Business Planning and Demand Manager, you will be key in enabling a collaborative and an efficient IBP (entailing S&OP and S&OE) across the Japan Execs and multi-function. This role should enable meaningful insights to enable best decision making of Japan Execs to enable deliveries for growth across the business. You will be responsible for: + Championing end-to-end corporate IBP & S&OE cycle execution + Embedding cross-functional commercial/operational strategy alignment + Leading short/long-term SKU demand forecasting for assigned portfolio + ​​Driving forecast accuracy collaboration with Market teams + Overseeing monthly governance and corrective actions​​ + ​​Ensuring global IBP/demand planning standards compliance + ​​Leveraging APO/OMP/SAP HANA to enhance planning precision​​ + ​​Pioneering innovative forecasting technologies​​ + ​​Leading supply chain continuous improvement projects​​ + ​​Influencing Japan Execs and global cross-functional stakeholders​​Implementing Diageo’s global demand management agenda​​ + ​​Executing statistical forecasting and promo volume analysis​​ + ​​Conducting PDCA on Forecast Accuracy KPIs To be successful in this role, you will need: + Proven experience in consumer goods supply chain planning & demand forecasting + Proven IBP & demand planning process design/implementation + Senior stakeholder engagement & leadership influence + Strong analytical & data proficiency + ERP/supply chain data platform mastery + Expertise in demand forecasting/IBP operations + Team management experience + Demand planning tools (SAP APO/OMP preferred) **Working with Us** Flexibility is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time, compressed hours, flexible location.
