Job Description

Seeking a dedicated janitorial worker to assist with cleaning and general janitorial tasks within a food manufacturing setting. The position involves working the day shift, Monday to Friday.

ResponsibilitiesRefill foot foamer sanitizer chemical jugs (2.5 gallon size jugs weighing approximately 20 lbs) with training provided on chemical handling.Operate a floor scrubber machine to clean areas of the warehouse and walking aisle ways.Use a backpack vacuum to clean around pallets.Dust mop floor areas of the warehouse.Clean product spills using an angle broom and wet mop as needed.Empty garbage bins weighing 20-30 lbs.Pick up garbage around the exterior of the facility when weather permits.Clean floormats and staircases when needed.Clean trash carts daily.Refill hairnets, beard nets, and ear plugs around the facility when empty.Use a manual pallet jack.Empty office area cardboard recycling.Essential SkillsProficiency in cleaning, sanitizing, and general janitorial duties.Experience in housekeeping and clean-up tasks.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
