PRIMARY FUNCTIONS : + Floor Care (Knowledge of buffer machines and Floor Scrubbers helpful). + Responsible for keeping the restrooms cleaned, sanitized, and stocked + Trash and recyclables + Carpet Cleaning (Use of carpet extractor) + Clean all windows + Light Painting/repairs + Vacuuming/dusting + Keep walkways free of snow, ice and debris + Perform other duties as assigned + Communicate effectively, openly and honestly, with staff and leaders on a consistent basis ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: This position will assist with any office moves or special cleaning projects as directed by supervisor QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES : + Great attention to details + Multi-tasker + Able to quickly asses and react to situation requiring a custodial remedy.
